There is no limit to the number of pictures or videos that you store on the site. However, there is a limit to the size of the pictures stored on the site. There are three levels of service. With our Free service, you may store up to 1 GB. Your maximum file size for a single picture or video is 20 MB, and videos are limited to 5 minutes in length. With our Enhanced service, you may store up to 5 GB. Your maximum file size for a single picture or video is 100 MB, and videos are limited to 10 minutes in length. With our Premium service, you may store up to 20 GB. Your maximum file size for a single picture or video is 200 MB, and videos are limited to 20 minutes in length.

No one has access to your account without your password or magic link. However, one of the benefits of 2pad is the ease in which you can share pictures from your 2pad with other people. To share pictures, select the pictures you want to share, and either choose existing recipients from your contact list, or add new people to your contact list to receive the pictures and videos.

There are two types of email you receive from 2pad. The first type are notifications that you (or a friend) have added pictures to your 2pad account. The second type are notifications about your service. You can easily opt out of 2pad emails by clicking one of the links at the bottom of the notification emails. You can also block a specific user and stop receiving all notifications from 2pad.

2pad provides you with the ability to upload pictures and videos directly to your account, or receive them by email. To upload pictures, click on the upload button found in your picture gallery, and follow the directions. The Flash-based default upload tool will allow you to upload as many files at a time you wish.

Yes. There are two ways to create albums. The first way to create an album is to select pictures in your gallery, use "COPY TO ALBUM" and then use the "NEW ALBUM" button. The second method for creating albums is through email. When you send your pictures to 2pad, instead of sending them to 2pad@2pad.com, send them to albumname@2pad.com. For example, you can send your pictures to vacation@2pad.com, and your pictures will go into your vacation album.

Your 2pad account is private. However, you can choose to give friends access to your account. We recommend sharing your pictures with friends using the Share button in the gallery. Your friends will get their own 2pad account, while you control which of your pictures they can and cannot see. By keeping your account private, they won’t have access to delete your pictures or send them out to people with whom you don’t wish to share them.

Your pictures automatically include the email text they came with. This attached text is searchable through the site. You can also edit the text, and add keywords and tags to the description of the picture.

To perform some of the actions, you must first select at least one picture. To select a picture, hold your mouse over a picture. You will see a box and the word Select in the bottom left corner of the picture. Click on that box, and the Action buttons become available.

No. 2pad understands and values your privacy. The only way people can see your pictures or videos is if you elect to share your pictures with them.

2pad administrators do not view the accounts of 2pad members. However, 2pad administrators do have access to the accounts, and will look at accounts when required by law enforcement agencies.

Yes. There are two ways to block someone from sending you pictures. You can either block them using the link at the bottom of your picture notification email, or from your list of contacts in 2pad. You’ll see a "Block User"? icon near the user name & email address. Just click the icon, and that user will not be able to send you pictures.

Pictures can be sent in the following common formats: gif, jpg, jpeg, bmp, png, tif, tiff. Videos can be sent in the following formats: 3gp, avi, flv, mov, mpg, wmv, m4v, mp4, vob, mpeg.

2pad management does not enter or view user accounts, unless directed to by local law enforcement agencies. However, if 2pad receives complaints from other users about media you are sharing with them, 2pad has the right to review the account, and close it.

2pad doesn’t change the file size of your pictures, or do any other altering. You can store high quality, large pictures, as long as they stay within the size limits for your level of service.
